Shopping Policy

Welcome to Temple Experience. By purchasing from www.templeexperience.com, you agree to the following policies. Please read carefully before completing your order.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays exceed standard processing timelines.

Digital products are delivered immediately via email upon successful payment.


2. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and select international locations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Temple Experience is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.


3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, including herbal blends, apothecary goods, tea products, and personal care items, all physical product sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

 

  • Herbal tea blends

  • Temple Tea Orbs

  • Hair bath products

  • Apothecary items

  • Opened or used products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved claims may qualify for replacement at our discretion.


4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

All digital products (including PDF card decks, training materials, blueprints, and educational content) are non-refundable.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, single-user license for personal or professional use. You may not:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Share access

  • Modify for resale

  • Upload to third-party platforms

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. TRAINING & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

All training purchases, including Temple Professional Trainings and online education access, are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a booked in-person training, you may request a transfer to a future training date within 6 months, subject to availability.

No-shows are not eligible for transfer or refund.

Temple Experience reserves the right to reschedule trainings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered transfer to a new date.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Temple Experience reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

 


7. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Our herbal, tea, and apothecary products are intended for general wellness purposes only.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Individual results may vary.


8. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Temple Experience is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Misuse of products

  • Improper storage

  • Individual sensitivities

  • Results differing from expectations

By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for the use of products.

 


9. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Temple Experience reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of policies.
