Deanna is a holistic beauty professional with over 22 years of experience in the spa and hair industry. For seven years, she lived in Costa Rica, where she hosted retreats and deepened her practice in herbalism, ritual, sensory and nervous-system healing.

Her work blends Japanese Head Spa techniques with plant wisdom, intuitive touch, and intentional care. Each session is unhurried and thoughtfully held, designed to support scalp health, relaxation, and a profound sense of calm.

This is more than a treatment — it’s a ritual shaped by experience, presence, and years of embodied practice.

To ensure the best possible Temple Head Spa experience, please review the following:

Arrive 10–15 minutes early
This allows time to settle in, use the restroom, and transition into a calm, relaxed state.

Complete your consultation form
Please fill out the brief consult form sent to you prior to your appointment so your session can be tailored to your needs.

You will change into a spa towel
A spa towel will be provided for your comfort during the service.

Arrive with minimal hair products
Please avoid heavy styling products (oils, gels, sprays) prior to your appointment to allow for optimal scalp cleansing and treatment.

Avoid caffeine beforehand (if possible)
This supports deeper relaxation during your session.

Silence your phone
This is a quiet, sensory experience designed for rest and nervous system reset.

Is this good for sensitive scalps?

Yes. Treatments are gentle and customized. Please let us know beforehand if you have scalp sensitivities, extensions, or medical concerns so the service can be adjusted for you.

Do you dry my hair after?

This service is not a blow-dry or styling appointment. You do receive a mico dry to assist with less moisture. Not 100% blow dry

Can I book this if I have extensions?

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% service fee to respect reserved time.
